About Us

We are located in northwest Spotsylvania County, Virginia just 6 miles off of Route 3 and Rt 20.  We are not yet a USDA federally inspected meat processing facility, but hope to be soon. We will post the news on this website once the USDA stamp is approved and received.

At present, we offer lambs, goats, beef, and poultry for sale.  We anticipate being able to offer custom processing for you by late fall 2026. 

Sorry, we will not be offering processing of deer or swine. . .lambs, goats, cattle, and poultry only.

Spotsylvania Meats LLC is owned and operated by Andrew and Allyssa Mummau. Andrew has been growing goats and lambs since 1997 and the business has grown over time thanks to supportive customers.  Andrew and Allyssa were both members of the FFA during high school.  Andrew is a graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science which is where he developed his interest in meat science. 

 We strive to offer high quality animals for your selection at a fair price.
